Cajón Grande, a mountain hut for skiing in Argentina
In the Mendoza province, 70 km South West of Malargüe (Las Leñas), in the middle of the Andes, there’s a mountain hut for practising backcountry skiing and snowboarding.
- During the Southern winter the hut is open from the 20th of July, to the 30 of September, or even later snow permiting.
- The hut can cater for roughly 20 people (rooms of 4 and 6).
- Only 10 meters in front of the hut are hot water springs to relax in (38° C).
- The Argentinian owners take care of you… Breakfeast, lunch , Tea Time and of course Dinner.
